Trustwell Living is hiring Caregivers and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our incredible and passionate care team. Shifts:
6:00a.m. - 2:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m.
Schedule:
4 days on, 2 days off rotating schedule We offer full medical benefits to all full-time and part-time employees 401K Match for full-time employees Substantial Paid Time Off for all full-time employees Advancement opportunities with a growing company As a Caregiver/Nurse Aide at Trustwell Living, your responsibilities will include: Adhere to and convey a philosophy of supporting dignity, privacy, independence, choice, individuality, and a home-like environment for residents. Assist with instrumental activities of daily living, ADLs, environmental orientation, and assistance with other care while encouraging self-care and independence. Provide services as indicated on resident service plans, including but not limited to bathing assistance, toileting assistance, transfer, and mobility assistance. Build relationships with the amazing people who live in our community.
The ideal candidate will:
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent Completion of the current state-specific certification, where required. Be willing to obtain CPR/First Aid Certification Have a genuine interest in caring for elderly residents and working in a geriatric environment Must be available some weekends and holidays
