What overnight shifts look like:
Assisting clients with nighttime routines (getting ready for bed, repositioning, bathroom assistance) Monitoring client safety and wellbeing throughout the night Responding calmly and quickly if something comes up Light morning tasks to set the day off right before the next caregiver arrives What we need from you: Prior caregiving experience preferred but not required A calm, steady presence- nights can be unpredictable Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Someone who takes the quiet hours just as seriously as the busy ones What you get: Consistent overnight hours
