Caregiver Conroe, TX 77385 Temporary, Part-time, Full-time Temporary, Part-time, Full-time Job Summary We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide essential support to individuals in need of assistance with daily living activities. The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for helping others and the ability to create a safe, nurturing environment for clients. This role involves working with a diverse population, including individuals with disabilities, dementia, and those requiring hospice care. Responsibilities Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation. Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance the quality of life for clients. Support individuals with developmental disabilities in their daily routines and activities. Ensure client safety by adhering to resident rights and maintaining a clean living environment. Administer medication as prescribed and monitor health status as needed. Assist clients in mobility and transportation to appointments or social activities. Maintain accurate records of care provided and communicate effectively with family members and healthcare professionals. Experience Previous experience in home care, long-term care, assisted living, or hospice care is preferred but not required. Familiarity with dementia care techniques is a plus. Ability to cook nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs. Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is an advantage. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trusting relationships with clients and their families.
