This role is vital in a home setting. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to patient care and have experience in various caregiving environments. Duties Provide direct personal care to clients, including assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation. Administer medication as prescribed and monitor clients for any changes in health status. Assist clients with mobility and transfers, which may involve heavy lifting or physical support. Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients by performing housekeeping duties. Document client progress and report any concerns Qualifications Must be able to pass a background and drug test Knowledge of medication administration protocols and basic healthcare practices. Strong interpersonal skills Compassionate nature with a genuine desire to help others improve their quality of life.
