Duties Provide personal care assistance including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support using patient transfer methods such as Hoyer lifts when necessary Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including meal preparation, medication administration, and light housekeeping tasks like cleaning resident areas Support clients with memory care needs such as Alzheimer's and dementia by implementing personalized care plans and ensuring their safety Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations by maintaining confidentiality of patient information at all times Experience Prior experience working in group homes, assisted living facilities, nursing homes, or home health environments is highly preferred Knowledge of client observation techniques and medication reminders Familiarity with dementia care strategies including Alzheimer's and memory care practices is desirable Strong communication skills for effective client interaction and collaboration with healthcare teams Understanding of client's rights, care plans, HIPAA compliance, and long-term care standards is essential Embark on a rewarding career where your compassion transforms lives! Pay:
