Job Description

Are you looking for an incredible opportunity? The Bartlett Assisted Living is looking for excellent team members to work with us providing exceptional care for our residents. Our mission at The Bartlett is to create a foundation of compassionate care for those we serve while providing the highest level of support, education and understanding with the best quality care for our community. Schedule 10 pm to 6 am
Tuesday-Saturday Key Responsibilities:
Assist residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting Provide mobility assistance, including transferring and ambulation support Serve meals and assist residents with eating as needed Monitor residents' condition and report any changes to nursing staff or supervisors Assist with medication reminders (as permitted by state regulations and facility policy) Maintain cleanliness of resident rooms and common areas Ensure residents' comfort, safety, and well-being at all times Respond promptly to call lights and resident requests Encourage resident participation in activities and social engagement Follow all infection control, safety, and HIPAA guidelines
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous experience in caregiving, assisted living, or healthcare preferred CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) Ability to pass background check and drug screening Strong communication and interpersonal skills Compassionate, patient, and dependable
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift, transfer, and assist residents (up to 50 lbs or more with assistance) Prolonged standing and walking Ability to respond quickly in emergency situations
