CARE PROFESSIONAL - PART TIME

Part Time Care Professional•Set Shifts (Westside El Paso based Clients) Daytime Join Our Caregiving Team Today! We are hiring reliable, compassionate Care Professionals to support seniors in their homes on the Westside of El Paso. This position is ideal for individuals who can commit to one or more set shifts with no changes to availability. This role offers typically over 2-3 days per week.

Pay:

$11•$12 per hour (based on client type) Important•

SET AVAILABILITY REQUIRED

Applicants must be available for the following shifts consistently. Availability cannot change once hired.

Daytime:

12PM•8PM Weekend availability (Saturday or Sunday) for at least one shift is required.

21 years of age or older Valid Driver's License Current Car Insurance or must be listed on insurance as an additional Driver Reliable Transportation Ability to commit to the set hours without changes Ability to travel to the Westside of El Paso for all assigned shifts Must pass Background check, DMV check, &

Drug Screen Care Professional Responsibilities:

Assist seniors with non-medical care in their homes Be comfortable helping with personal care, including showering or incontinence assistance Weekend availability (Saturday or Sunday) preferred for at least one shift Light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation Medication and appointment reminders Safety Supervision Ability to treat and care for clients and their property with dignity and respect. Contribute to a positive living environment to enhance a client's quality of life. Document daily activities and report any significant changes ina client's needs or living conditions. Maintain regular communication with office staff.

Ability to handle emergency situation calmly and effectively. Compassionate nature with a genuine desire to help others. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and office staff. Ability to adapt to various living environments and locations. Strong communication and listening skills.
