Primary Responsibilities (based on level of care competency and assignment by Administrator): Providing daily routine care based on the Plan of Care, with assignments determined by demonstrated competency Cleaning and housekeeping (client rooms, laundry, and maintaining bathrooms) Engaging clients in conversation and activities for socialization Transporting clients to appointments and outings (as approved by caregiver and agency mutually) Must observe all Universal Precautions Providing medication reminders, assisting with meal preparation and clean-up, and documenting all tasks in WellSky Professionalism is emphasized through timely clock-in/clock-out, clear communication with clients and management, and reporting any concerns that need escalation Knowledge & Skill Requirements State certification and license in good standing, if applicable High school diploma or GED Valid driver's license, proof of insurance and reliable transportation Exceptional interpersonal skills ClearCare/ WellSky experience is a plus Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States This franchise is independently owned and operated by a franchisee.
