Full Job Description Duties:

• Provide direct support to individuals with disabilities in their home or community settings.
• Assist with behavior management and implement strategies to promote positive behaviors.
• Provide personal care, including assistance with toileting, grooming, and dressing.
• Assist with meal preparation and ensure dietary needs are met.
• Support individuals in participating in social activities and community integration.
• Drive individuals to outings and other activities as needed.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for individuals.
• Follow established systems and protocols for documentation and reporting.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in direct support or a related field is preferred but not required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to lift and transfer individuals as needed.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
