In this vital role, you will streamline home care operations, ensure compliance with EVV mandates, and support efficient service delivery. Responsibilities Manage daily home care operations, including scheduling, staffing, and resource allocation to ensure timely and quality client services Oversee Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) systems to verify service delivery, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations Coordinate with care teams, clients, and families through internal communication channels to facilitate smooth operations and address inquiries promptly Maintain accurate data entry within electronic health records (EHR), billing systems, and other healthcare software platforms Monitor schedule management to optimize appointment flow and reduce missed visits or delays Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns professionally and efficiently via phone communication Skills Proven administrative experience within healthcare settings, with a focus on home care or managed care environments Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) for documentation, reporting, and communication purposes. If you know workflow automation (Microsoft Power Automate), that is a plus. Strong knowledge of health insurance policies, medical terminology, and the revenue cycle management process Experience managing electronic health records (EHR) systems and EVV platforms for accurate documentation of services Excellent internal communication skills to collaborate effectively with care teams and external partners Ability to handle data entry tasks accurately while maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information Skilled in phone communication for client engagement, appointment scheduling, and issue resolution Demonstrated writing skills for documentation, reports, and client correspondence Capable of managing schedule adjustments efficiently while maintaining a high level of organization This role is ideal for motivated professionals eager to contribute to community health through operational excellence.
