EL HANUN CARE
is seeking a motivated, outgoing, and results-driven Non-Medical Home Care Marketer to promote our home care services within the community and build strong referral relationships. The ideal candidate will be responsible for increasing community awareness, generating client referrals, and developing partnerships with healthcare professionals, community organizations, senior living communities, hospitals, rehabilitation facilities, and other referral sources. This position requires excellent communication and networking skills, a passion for helping others, and the ability to represent the company with professionalism and integrity. The Non-Medical Home Care Marketer plays a vital role in supporting business growth while ensuring families are connected with compassionate, high-quality in-home care services. Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies across multiple channels including social media, email, print, and digital advertising to maximize outreach and engagement. Manage and optimize online presence using platforms such as WordPress, Google Analytics. Plan and oversee advertising sales efforts, including Facebook Advertising, Google AdWords, and print advertising campaigns to attract new clients and retain existing ones. Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform marketing tactics. Successful candidates will be expected to: Generate 10-15 qualified referrals per month. Primary Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain relationships with referral sources, including physicians' offices, hospitals, rehabilitation centers, senior communities, social workers, case managers, and community organizations. Promote the company's non-medical home care services through community outreach, presentations, networking events, and marketing initiatives. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase client referral. Educate healthcare professionals, families, and community members about available home care services and benefits. Conduct in-person visits, follow-up calls, and regular communication with referral partners. Maintain accurate records of marketing activities, contacts, and referral outcomes. Collaborate with management to develop and implement effective marketing strategies and goals. Represent the company at health fairs, community events, and professional meetings. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth. Ensure all marketing activities are conducted in compliance with company policies and applicable regulations. Qualifications Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field is preferred. Previous experience in healthcare marketing, home care marketing, sales, business development, or community outreach is preferred. Knowledge of the non-medical home care industry is a plus. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal, networking, and relationship-building abilities. Minimum 2 years of home care, home health, or healthcare marketing experience. Strong knowledge of Texas Medicaid, Managed Care Organizations, and discharge planning workflows Ability to generate referrals within the first 30 days Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven.
