Non-Medical Home Care Marketer -
Job Summary Job Summary:
Hands of Angels LLC is seeking a motivated, outgoing, and results-driven Non-Medical Home Care Marketer to promote our home care services within the community and build strong referral relationships. The ideal candidate will be responsible for increasing community awareness, generating client referrals, and developing partnerships with healthcare professionals, community organizations, senior living communities, hospitals, rehabilitation facilities, and other referral sources. This position requires excellent communication and networking skills, a passion for helping others, and the ability to represent the company with professionalism and integrity. The Non-Medical Home Care Marketer plays a vital role in supporting business growth while ensuring families are connected with compassionate, high-quality in-home care services.
Primary Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain relationships with referral sources, including physicians' offices, hospitals, rehabilitation centers, senior communities, social workers, case managers, and community organizations. Promote the company's non-medical home care services through community outreach, presentations, networking events, and marketing initiatives. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase client referrals and census growth. Educate healthcare professionals, families, and community members about available home care services and benefits. Conduct in-person visits, follow-up calls, and regular communication with referral partners. Maintain accurate records of marketing activities, contacts, and referral outcomes. Collaborate with management to develop and implement effective marketing strategies and goals. Represent the company at health fairs, community events, and professional meetings. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth. Ensure all marketing activities are conducted in compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field is preferred. Previous experience in healthcare marketing, home care marketing, sales, business development, or community outreach is preferred. Knowledge of the non-medical home care industry is a plus. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal, networking, and relationship-building abilities. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet performance goals. Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer applications. Reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and the ability to travel within the service area. Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
