Job Summary Job Summary:

Hands of Angels LLC is seeking compassionate, dependable, and caring individuals to join our team as Primary In-Home Caregivers . In this role, you will provide non-medical assistance and companionship to clients in the comfort of their own homes, helping them maintain their independence, dignity, and quality of life. No CNA certification is required. We welcome individuals who have a passion for helping others and are committed to providing exceptional care. The Primary In-Home Caregiver assists clients with daily living activities, offers emotional support, and ensures a safe and comfortable home environment. This position is ideal for candidates with caregiving experience, strong communication skills, and a genuine desire to make a positive difference in the lives of seniors and individuals with disabilities.

Primary Responsibilities:

Assist clients with personal care needs such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting. Provide companionship and emotional support. Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed. Perform light housekeeping duties, including laundry, dishes, and maintaining a clean living environment. Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation. Provide medication reminders as directed. Accompany clients to appointments, errands, and community activities when applicable. Observe and report changes in the client's condition or behavior to the supervisor. Maintain accurate documentation of services provided. Promote client independence while ensuring safety and well-being.

Qualifications:

CNA certification is not required . Previous caregiving, personal care, or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory. Compassionate, patient, and dependable attitude. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and follow care plans. Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license may be required depending on client assignments. Ability to pass background checks and meet company hiring requirements.
