JOB REQUIREMENTS

You Must Have:

• One year of experience within the past two years of direct client care experience at a facility , hospital, or home health agency

UNDER THE SUPERVISION OF A

NURSE or have an active CNA certificate .

• Driver's license
• Reliable transportation to and from work - your own car
• Proof of auto insurance
• Original Social Security card or INS authorization to work in the United States
• Ability to pass a background check, driver's record check and drug test
• Current TB test: skin test taken less than 12 months prior, chest x-ray taken less than five years prior

Job Types:

Full-time, Part-time Base Pay Rate:

$13.00 - increases for total care, couple care, shifts less than 8 hours in length, RN delegation.
