:- Provide client care according to a approved Plan of Care
- Assist clients with personal care and hygiene
- Meal preparation & light housekeeping
- Provide transportation as required
- Assist in providing a safe environment for client
- Comply with all documentation and record keeping requirements
ROLE REQUIREMENTS
:- Have at least one year of hands on experience in a home health environment
- Be available to work 30 hours / week minimum
- Be able to work 12 hour shifts
- Pass drug screen
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable car / auto insurance
- Clean background and criminal record
