Position Summary Hands of Love Home Health is seeking compassionate, dependable, and professional caregivers to provide non-medical home care services throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth area. Caregivers are expected to provide quality care, maintain professionalism, and support clients with dignity, safety, and compassion. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Assist clients with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and hygiene care. Provide companionship and emotional support to clients. Prepare meals and assist with feeding if needed. Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and organization. Transport clients to doctor appointments, grocery stores, pharmacies, and errands when assigned. Remain with clients during outings when required. Follow all individualized care plans and office instructions. Complete all required documentation and timesheets accurately. Report client concerns, incidents, or changes in condition to the office immediately. Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times. Employment Requirements Starting pay rate is $14.50 per hour. Caregivers must complete all required video training and successfully pass all required tests to increase pay to $15.00 per hour. Minimum of one (1) year caregiving or related experience preferred. Current CPR & First Aid Certification preferred. Must pass background check and drug screening. Must have reliable transportation. Must provide proof of valid drivers license, current auto insurance, and current vehicle inspection before hire. Must wear company-approved purple or black
