Duties Provide attentive care to infants, toddlers, and children with diverse needs, ensuring their safety and comfort at all times Assist with daily routines such as feeding, diapering, bathing, dressing, and nap times in accordance with individual schedules Support early childhood development through engaging activities that promote learning, social skills, and emotional growth Implement behavior management strategies to foster positive behavior and resolve conflicts effectively Collaborate with families and team members to develop personalized care plans tailored to each child's needs Maintain a clean, safe environment by following health and safety protocols including first aid procedures when necessary Support children during outings or activities outside the home or classroom setting Requirements Prior experience working with children in daycare, preschool, babysitting, nannying, or classroom settings is highly preferred Knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education practices Certification or training in first aid and CPR is required or must be obtained upon hiring Experience working with individuals with disabilities or special needs is a plus Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, families, and team members Ability to handle multiple responsibilities with patience, enthusiasm, and professionalism Flexibility to adapt to different care environments including daycare centers or private homes Join us in creating a nurturing environment where children can thrive!
