Responsibilities Provide personal care and assistance with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, feeding, mobility). Offer companionship and supervision support in the client's home or facility. Monitor client health status and report any changes immediately to the coordinator. Document activities and observations in Well-Sky. Maintain active and timely communication with the scheduling team. Mandatory Requirements Valid driver's license 1 year or more of experience as a Caregiver
CNA, HHA
& CPR/First Aid Certification Reliable personal transportation to travel between clients. Eligibility to work in the U.S. Schedule availability for morning, afternoon, night shifts, and weekends. Social Security Number (SSN) Active cell phone for communication with the team and clients.
