Flexible Scheduling:

Choose full-time or part-time hours with day, evening, night, weekend, or overnight shifts (4, 8, 10, or 12 hours).

Competitive Pay:

Earn $15.00-$17.00 per hour, with opportunities for raises and career growth. On-demand pay when you need it.

Paid CEU/Training:

Get paid for trainings, Orientation and shadowing hours

What You'll Do:

As an InHome Caregiver, you will provide personalized, compassionate support, including: Assistance with daily living activities (meal prep, bathing, dressing, mobility support) Light housekeeping to maintain a safe, clean home environment Companionship, conversation, and emotional support Monitoring client wellbeing and reporting changes to the care team

What We're Looking For:

Experience:

Minimum 1 year of professional caregiving (home care, assisted living, or similar).

Skills:

Ability to assist with daily living tasks while maintaining professionalism and empathy

Requirements:

Valid driver's license Reliable vehicle + auto insurance Ability to pass background check and drug screening

Passion:

A genuine commitment to improving the lives of seniors

Work Schedule:

Flexible hours: 20-60 hours per week based on your availability Shift options: 4, 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts Day, evening, night, weekend, and overnight shifts available Weekend and holiday availability may be required
