Position Summary As a Caregiver, you will provide personalized, non-medical in-home support that promotes independence, safety, comfort, and quality of life. You will build meaningful relationships with clients and their families while delivering compassionate care tailored to each individual's unique needs. Key Responsibilities Provide compassionate, client-centered in-home care Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including: Bathing Dressing Grooming Toileting Personal hygiene Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation Prepare nutritious meals and provide feeding assistance when needed Provide medication reminders according to the client's care plan Perform light housekeeping and laundry duties Offer companionship, emotional support, and meaningful social interaction Accompany clients to appointments, errands, and community activities Observe, document, and communicate changes in a client's condition or needs Follow individualized care plans and company policies Maintain a safe, comfortable, and positive home environment Qualifications & Attributes We are looking for caregivers who demonstrate: Compassion
