High School Diploma or Equivalent (preferred).

Experience Requirement:

No experience required. Provide supportive and personal services to clients with respect for dignity, privacy, and safety. Assist with personal hygiene, daily living tasks, and basic healthrelated services as directed by the PAS Supervisor. Offer compassionate, responsible care while maintaining client confidentiality and adhering to agency policies and regulatory requirements. Qualifications /

Educational Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. Ability to read, write, and follow directions. Must be at least 18 years old and demonstrate competency. If under 18: must be a high school graduate or enrolled in a vocational program and demonstrate competency. Ability to work positively with clients, families, and staff. Demonstrates compassion, responsibility, and a cheerful attitude. Must be listed on the Nurse Aide Registry with no findings of abuse, neglect, or misappropriation. Responsibilities /

Essential Functions:

Follow instructions of PAS Supervisor in providing personal assistance.

Assist with hygiene tasks:

bathing, oral care, dressing. Assist with food preparation, serving, errands, housekeeping, laundry, washing dishes. Perform and record accurate measurements (e.g., vital signs, intake/output) per care plan. Observe and report safety hazards or significant client condition changes. Attend staff meetings and complete 12 hours of annual inservices. Participate in newemployee orientation. Report client complaints to the PAS Supervisor. Maintain confidentiality and follow HIPAA and agency policy. Follow written and oral instructions. Report abnormal client findings to the RN.

Pay Rate:

$18,720 annually.
