As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in fostering independence, safety, and well-being for those you serve, all while enjoying a dynamic and rewarding work environment. Responsibilities Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support. Monitor and record vital signs such as blood pressure, pulse, and temperature to ensure health stability. Administer medications accurately following prescribed schedules and protocols. Support residents with meal preparation, feeding, and hydration to promote proper nutrition. Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance residents' quality of life and mental well-being. Maintain a clean and safe environment by assisting with light housekeeping tasks and adhering to infection control standards. Document care activities using Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems accurately and promptly. Qualifications Prior experience in assisted living, nursing homes, or home & community care settings is highly preferred. Knowledge of dementia care, Alzheimer's care, memory care, and behavior management techniques. Ability to perform vital sign measurements and medication administration competently. Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or disabilities requiring personal support. Certification or training in first aid is advantageous; willingness to obtain necessary certifications if not already held. Strong communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are preferred for community outings or errands.
