Staff are expected to build positive relationships, provide mentorship, and help create a structured and supportive space where young people can feel secure and valued. On a daily basis, staff will supervise residents, assist with routines, support life skills development, and help maintain a stable home-like environment, also be there during critical moments, offering encouragement, emotional support, and guidance when youth need it most.
