Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our team at SYNERGY HomeCare of Conroe for Navasota, and the surrounding area. As a Caregiver, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients, providing them with the highest quality care and companionship in the comfort of their own homes. Responsibilities:
Provide in-home care services to clients, including personal care, household management, and companionship
Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADL's), such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Prepare meals and snacks as needed, ensuring client's dietary needs are met
Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients, including laundry, light housekeeping, and errands
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, and healthcare professionals
Communicate effectively with clients and families, providing regular updates and support
Participate in ongoing training and education to stay current on best practices and industry developments

Requirements:
