Job Overview We are seeking a compassionate and energetic Caregiver to provide dedicated support and assistance to children and individuals with diverse needs. Responsibilities Provide attentive supervision and care for children of various ages, including infants, toddlers, preschoolers, and elementary school-age children Plan and implement engaging activities that support childhood development, learning, and fun Ensure child safety through vigilant supervision, adherence to childhood development best practices, and behavior management techniques Communicate regularly with parents or guardians to update them on their child's progress, activities, and any concerns Administer basic first aid and CPR when necessary, following mandated reporting laws and safety protocols Support early childhood education initiatives by teaching age-appropriate skills and fostering social interactions Maintain a clean, organized environment conducive to learning and play Experience Prior experience working with children across different age groups, especially infants through elementary school-age children Demonstrated experience in childcare settings such as babysitting, nannying, or youth programs teaching roles Knowledge of childhood development principles and activity planning tailored for young children Familiarity with behavior management strategies to promote positive conduct Certification in first aid and CPR is required; additional training in early childhood education or special needs support is a plus Experience working with individuals with disabilities is highly valued Understanding of mandated reporting laws related to child safety and welfare Join us in creating a nurturing environment where children thrive!
