Job Summary:

The Caregiver is responsible for providing compassionate, personalized care to clients in their homes. This includes assisting with daily living activities, supporting client safety and well-being, and following established care plans. Caregivers will work closely with clients and their families to ensure comfort, dignity, and a high quality of life.

Client Caregiver responsibilities include:

Provide compassionate, personalized care to clients in their homes Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting Offer companionship and emotional support to promote overall well-being Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping tasks Support mobility and help ensure a safe environment for clients Follow individualized care plans and report any changes in client condition to the office Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided, as required by company policy Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members Arrive on time for scheduled shifts and maintain a high level of reliability and professionalism Uphold, support, and follow all company policies and procedures The ideal candidate will have: To perform this role successfully, the caregiver must be able to carry out essential duties with compassion, reliability, and professionalism. The requirements below represent the skills and qualities needed for success in this position. High school diploma or GED required Previous caregiving experience preferred (home care, assisted living, or similar) A compassionate and patient attitude with a genuine desire to help others Strong communication and interpersonal skills Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently Ability to follow care plans and respond appropriately to client needs Must have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and assisting clients with mobility Basic documentation and reporting skills This franchise is independently owned and operated by a local franchisee.
