Responsibilities Include:
Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and incontinence care Providing supervision, companionship, and assistance throughout the day Assisting residents with mobility and fall prevention Preparing home-cooked meals and snacks Encouraging proper nutrition and hydration Providing medication reminders within the caregiver's permitted scope Laundry, changing linens, and maintaining residents' personal areas Light housekeeping and helping keep the entire home clean, organized, and welcoming Engaging residents in conversation and appropriate daily activities Providing dementia/memory-care support and redirection when needed Observing residents for changes and promptly reporting concerns Maintaining accurate documentation and communicating with management Helping maintain a peaceful, respectful, and positive atmosphere within the homeWe Are Looking For Someone Who Is:
