Job Summary Join our compassionate team as an In-Home Caregiver, providing vital support to individuals in need of personalized care during 12-hour evening shifts. This immediate opportunity offers flexible scheduling, weekly pay, and a chance to make a meaningful difference in clients' lives. You will deliver high-quality patient care, assist with daily living activities, and ensure safety and comfort in a home or community setting. Duties Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support Monitor patient health by checking vital signs and observing for any changes in condition Administer medications accurately following care plans and HIPAA regulations to protect patient privacy Support residents with meal preparation, feeding, and nutritional needs while maintaining a clean environment Use proper patient transfer methods such as Hoyer lifts and manual handling techniques to ensure safety during mobility assistance Document patient observations, care provided, and any incidents clearly and promptly in compliance with care plans and regulations Provide personal transportation assistance for appointments or errands as needed Experience Prior experience working with individuals with disabilities, developmental or intellectual disabilities support preferred Experience in group homes, assisted living facilities, nursing homes, or home health environments highly valued Knowledge of dementia care, Alzheimer's care, memory care, and hospice care practices Familiarity with patient monitoring techniques including vital signs measurement and medication administration Hands-on experience with patient transfer methods such as Hoyer lifts and patient personal care assistance Ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members while respecting residents' rights and confidentiality under HIPAA standards Previous work supporting seniors or individuals with neurodevelopmental disorders is a plus This role offers an energizing environment where your caregiving skills will directly improve lives.
