We are seeking compassionate and dedicated FEMALE Care Providers to support the well-being of elderly religious Sisters residing at the Salesian Sisters' Provincial House. The ideal candidate will deliver high-quality, person-centered care in a serene and respectful environment. This role includes assisting with a variety of daily living activities, providing companionship and respecting the physical, emotional, medical and spiritual needs and environment of the Sisters. Responsibilities Assist Sisters with daily living activities such as, but not limited to, bathing, dressing, grooming, cleaning, light housekeeping, and meal serving. Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance the social well-being of the Sisters. Accompany the Sister during mental activities and physical exercises to ensure safety. Document observations and promptly report any changes in health or mental status to medical staff. Maintain a safe environment for the Sisters by following health, cleaning and sanitizing protocols. Uphold the Sisters' rights by respecting privacy, dignity, and individuality in all interactions. Collaborate with healthcare staff to ensure comprehensive care is provided. Follow dietary restrictions or preferences for each resident. Qualifications Bilingual (Spanish and English) Highly preferred Previous experience in assisted living, home care, or group home settings is preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse populations. Compassionate nature with a genuine desire to help others. Flexibility to adapt to changing needs and schedules of the Sisters Must be able to pass background checks as required by state regulations.
