Job Description

Provided compassionate, dependable care to pediatric and elderly clients while assisting with daily living activities and promoting a safe, comfortable environment. Worked closely with clients and families to support individual care needs while maintaining dignity, independence, and quality of life.
Key Responsibilities:
Assisted pediatric and elderly clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility. Prepared meals and assisted with feeding based on individual needs and dietary instructions. Provided companionship and emotional support while encouraging appropriate social interaction and independence. Assisted with transfers, positioning, walking, and other mobility needs while following safety procedures. Provided supervision and maintained a clean, safe, and organized environment. Assisted clients with daily routines, appointments, recreational activities, and community outings. Observed clients for changes in behavior, condition, or overall well-being and reported concerns to family members, supervisors, or appropriate health care professionals. Followed individualized care plans and documented services provided accurately and promptly. Supported pediatric clients with age-appropriate activities, routines, personal care, and developmental needs. Supported elderly clients with maintaining independence, comfort, mobility, and participation in daily activities. Maintained client privacy and confidentiality while providing respectful and professional care. Communicated effectively with clients, family members, health care professionals, and other members of the care team.
Pay:
$12.00 - $14.00 per hour
