• Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional care and support to seniors in their homes, assisting with daily living activities, personal care, and homemaking tasks
• Develop strong relationships with clients, their families, and healthcare providers to ensure the best possible care and outcomes
• Work closely with our care team to design and deliver personalized care plans that meet the unique needs and goals of each client
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of client care and progress
• Participate in ongoing training and education to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry developments
