Job Summary We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Attendants to provide exceptional personal care, companionship, and daily living assistance to individuals receiving home care services. This role focuses on promoting each client's independence, dignity, safety, and overall well-being while allowing them to remain in their own home. Whether you're an experienced caregiver or someone with hands-on caregiving experience, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of others while working with a supportive and professional team. Responsibilities Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and personal hygiene. Provide companionship and emotional support. Prepare meals and assist with feeding when appropriate. Assist with mobility, transfers, and safe ambulation. Provide medication reminders in accordance with the care plan. Observe and report changes in a client's condition. Maintain accurate documentation of services provided. Perform light housekeeping and laundry related to the client's care. Accompany or transport clients to approved appointments or community activities when authorized. Assist clients living with Alzheimer's disease, dementia, disabilities, or other chronic conditions, when applicable. Qualifications Compassionate, dependable, and respectful. Previous caregiving experience is preferred but not required. Experience caring for a family member, friend, or loved one is welcomed. Home care, assisted living, nursing home, hospice, or healthcare experience is a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to follow care plans and agency policies.
