Job Description

Methodist Retirement Communities (MRC), with a mission to honor and serve older adults as an expression of Christ's love, does so with eight continuing-care retirement communities in Texas. Affiliated with MRC and located in Texarkana, Cornerstone Retirement Community, is a leader in continuing care retirement living offering independent living, assisted living, memory support, skilled nursing and rehabilitation, and home health. Cornerstone is Texarkana's only 5 STAR Community and is proud to be officially certified in the Eden Alternative Registry, which honors those organizations deeply committed to transforming traditional models of care into person-directed approaches that put the individual first. We are hiring for part-time caregivers to work the day shift in our Home Health Services! (Each shift is 12 hours) We are seeking talented, compassionate and dependable staff who are committed to providing top notch care to our Elders. Caregivers will administers non-medical services of elders and performs routine tasks in the care of elders, helping them adapt to changes that may occur due to illness and normal processes of aging.
