• Job Summary The In Home Caregiver provides essential support and assistance to individuals in their own homes, ensuring a safe, comfortable, and nurturing environment.

This role is crucial for enhancing the quality of life for clients, particularly those who may be elderly or have specific health needs. The caregiver will work closely with clients to assist with daily living activities, promote independence, and deliver compassionate care tailored to each individual's requirements. Duties

• Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
• Help with meal preparation and nutritional support to ensure a balanced diet.
• Provide companionship and engage clients in social activities to enhance mental well-being.
• Assist with mobility and transportation needs, including accompanying clients to appointments or social outings.
• Maintain a clean and safe living environment by performing light housekeeping duties.
• Support clients with rehabilitation exercises as directed by healthcare providers. Skills
• Knowledge of geriatric care principles and practices is essential.
• Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients, families, and healthcare teams.
• Ability to provide compassionate care while respecting client dignity and privacy.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently while ensuring high-quality care delivery.
