Looking for a meaningful job with flexible scheduling? We are hiring compassionate In-Home Caregivers for day and overnight shifts . Whether you want steady full-time hours or a flexible PRN schedule, we'll work with your availability. What You'll Do As a Caregiver, you'll provide essential support to clients in their homes, helping them stay safe, comfortable, and independent. Assist with daily activities (ADLs) : bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility Monitor and record vital signs Provide medication reminders and support per care plans Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping Provide companionship and transportation to appointments or errands Use equipment such as Hoyer lifts and transfer devices (if needed) Report changes in client condition to the care team Qualifications Experience in caregiving, home health, or assisted living preferred Experience with dementia, Alzheimer's, or disabilities is a plus Compassionate, dependable, and patient-focused Ability to assist with lifting and transfers CPR & First Aid certification required (or willingness to obtain) Must follow HIPAA and care plan guidelines Benefits Flexible scheduling (Full-time, Part-time, PRN) Health, dental & vision insurance Mileage reimbursement Paid orientation Referral bonus program Why Join Us?
