A Caregiver or Personal Care Aide provides non-medical care for adults, including elderly and disabled people, typically in their own homes. Assists clients with daily tasks including bathing, medication reminders, and light housekeeping; may also provide transportation for appointments and errands. These roles do not always require formal certification.

Position Summary:
We are currently hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Caregivers to join our growing team. As a caregiver with Amada, you'll assist seniors with daily activities, provide companionship, and help them maintain dignity and independence in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility Provide companionship and meaningful social interaction Help with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders Monitor client well-being and report changes as needed Maintain clear and respectful communication with clients and their families
What We're Looking For:
Must be dependable and compassionate Comfortable providing non-medical personal care in a client's home Must have reliable transportation that you can drive to client's home (not get dropped off) Valid driver's license Must have current auto insurance if transporting clients Must be able to pass a background check Must complete required onboarding Must show a negative TB test result within the last 6 months Must be able to assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility support, meal preparation, light housekeeping, errands, companionship, and medication reminders Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and assist with transfers as outlined in the client care plan Ability to lift up to 25-40 pounds Must have a working smartphone for scheduling, communication, and EVV clock-in/clock-out requirements Weekend availability is required
