Job Description
Job Summary In Home caregiver - This rewarding role involves providing personalized care in my home, ensuring my safety, comfort, and well-being. You'll play a vital part in enhancing quality of life through attentive caregiving. Saturday and Sunday 8:30am-11:30 am. Other hours optional. Responsibilities Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting and personal hygiene. Administer medications and sort pills. Support mobility through patient transfer. Prepare nutritious meals tailored to dietary needs and put away groceries, meal prep. Maintain a clean and safe environment by performing light housekeeping tasks, cleaning and laundry. Provide emotional support and companionship to clients, fostering a positive home environment Assist with transportation for appointments or community activities. I have a friendly cat and dog. Feed pets and walk, play with dog Experience Prior experience working in home health, assisted living, nursing homes, or group homes is highly preferred Demonstrated ability to transfer to wheelchair. Knowledge of medication administration. Hands-on experience using patient transfer method
