In this energetic and rewarding role, you will support residents in their daily activities, promote independence, and foster a safe and welcoming environment. Your enthusiasm and commitment will help enhance the quality of life for those you serve, making a meaningful difference every day. Duties Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) Administer medications accurately following prescribed protocols and document all care activities using Electronic systems Drive residents to appointments or community outings when required, ensuring safety and comfort at all times Ensure the safety of the residents Skills Proven experience in assisted living, nursing homes, or home & community care environments Ability to work effectively with individuals with developmental disabilities or disabilities requiring personalized support Strong understanding medication administration, and long-term care procedures Excellent caregiving skills with a compassionate approach to resident support Familiarity with EMR systems for accurate documentation of care activities Ability to handle emergency situations calmly using first aid skills when necessary Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members, residents, families, and healthcare professionals Join us in creating a positive environment where every resident feels valued and cared for.
