Job Description

Caregiver / Direct Support Professional (DSP) - Residential & Day Support Tamana Care is a small, values-driven provider supporting adults with intellectual disabilities, related conditions, and acquired brain injury. We operate a residential group home in American Fork and day support services in the Utah County area.
Our mission is simple:
Love • Live • Grow . We are hiring compassionate caregivers / Direct Support Professionals to work in both our residential and day support programs in Orem and American Fork. You will support individuals with their basic needs while helping them build skills, stay safe, and enjoy meaningful daily life. Responsibilities Provide hands-on personal care and daily living support, including assistance with dressing, incontinence care (changing briefs), and tube feeding (training provided) Assist with community outings, skill-building, and recreational activities Maintain a safe, positive, and respectful home and day program environment Work collaboratively as part of a small, supportive team Complete required documentation and follow person-centered plans Requirements Caring, patient, and reliable personality Comfortable supporting adults with developmental or physical needs Willingness to assist with personal care tasks including dressing, changing briefs, and tube feeding (full training provided) Valid driver's license and clean driving record (company vehicle provided) Willingness to complete required training and background checks Previous caregiving, DSP, CNA, or related experience is a plus (but not required) Schedule Full-time, part-time, and PRN (as-needed) shifts available across residential and day support programs.
Pay:
$17.00 - $19.00 per hour
