Job Description

ISO:
Caregiver for adult austistic male. Client lives on own. independent in many things but needs extra support right now in some ADL's. You get to make a difference. The ideal candidate is attentive,- > leads with gentle prompts, & help teach life skills.
Flexible Shift:
2-3 visits a week. 6:15 AM- 8:45 AM, or 6:30 PM
- 9:30 PM (Flexible each week what days). Responsibilities
- Meal Planning (sometimes meal prep)
- Light cleaning/Organizing
- prompt hygiene, occasionaly help
- Occassionally assist brief change when struggling on high fatigue days
- Create a manageable to do list together. Offer reminders like meds, etc.
- Help implement processes that will help with executive function
- Fill out short shift summary form Qualifications Reliable means to transportation and punctual. Can teach skills. Knowledge of Autism/ADHD , as well as CNA, are a plus but not required.
- Setup for friend but they (client) will be the one paying and handling interviews.
Pay:
$18.00- $19.
