Overview:

We offer 24-hour care for young women facing a range of mental health and behavioral challenges in a beautiful, home-like setting nestled in the hills above Orem/Provo.
Requirements:
Must be 21 years or older to apply. Physically able to lift, bend, and use stairs. Must be able to pass a background check . Strong math skills are a must for this role. Reliability and dependability are critical .
Compensation:
Final pay will be based on experience.

Individuals who are passionate about working with adolescents and have the desire to help others. Students pursuing careers in mental health , social work , or related fields will gain invaluable experience. People with strong math skills who are eager to assist with classroom activities, grading, and behavioral observations.
Job Responsibilities:
Interact with adolescent residents, either individually or in group settings. Document care and behavior as required by policy and procedure. Assist with basic classroom activities and grading assignments. Assist residents with personal hygiene, meal prep, and occasionally help with homework. Support your peers in day-to-day duties and interact with clinical staff to communicate observations. Run errands related to resident care and house needs as assigned. Supervise residents in designated "special care areas." Utilize Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) as needed to ensure personal and resident safety. Assist in treatment planning and implementation under clinical direction. Help maintain a clean, safe environment , and report maintenance needs. Assist with admissions and discharges as needed. Work collaboratively with nursing staff to respond to emergencies . Ensure all shift duties are completed effectively and in a timely manner. Conduct and assist with activity groups and document accordingly. Participate in therapeutic programming for residents. Attend staff meetings and collaborate with peers on shift responsibilities.
