We are seeking a reliable and responsible Direct Care Staff member who is passionate about helping others grow while also advancing their own career. If you are pursuing a career in ABA, psychology, or social work, this is the ideal opportunity. Starting as a Direct Support Professional, your opportunities for long-term growth here are vast. We offer a variety of versatile shifts designed to fit your unique lifestyle and schedule. Whether you are a "night owl" looking for our 11:00 PM
  • 9:00 AM graveyard shift, or prefer our 9:00 AM
  • 3:00 PM morning and 3:00 PM
  • 11:00 PM swing shifts, we have the perfect placement for you.
We are happy to accommodate both full-time and part-time commitments to ensure a rewarding work-life balance.
Assist individuals with the following:
Participate in planned activities Medication Personal hygiene Safety Teaching and learning to improve their knowledge, skills, and abilities Cleaning Complete the following each shift or as required: Medication documentation Goal and support documentation Cleaning and upkeep of environment Preparing and serving meals following dietary guidelines Perks Health insurance / HSA / 401k

Must be at least 18 years of age Must pass a drug screening Must pass a criminal background check Must be able and willing to lift over 50 lbs
