Responsibilities for our Resident Care Coordinator include the following: Filling other gaps in Caregiver/Med Tech schedule, as needed fill in for regular shifts. Maintaining Caregiver/Med Tech schedule. Assisting with new hire training as assigned by the administration. Handling communication regarding medications, cycling medications, and maintaining an organized medication cart. Coordinating with Home Health and Hospice Companies. Organize and help with medical transports Maintaining shift change notes. Communicating regularly with administration. Fulfilling other duties as assigned by Head RCC Qualifications It is preferred that candidates will have a CNA or MED TECH
CERTIFICATON and experience caring for elderly residents in an assisted living or nursing home setting.
