We are seeking individuals who are motivated and excited to work with our clients as a direct care associate. Experience is valuable, but sincere interest, compassion, upbeat attitude, and a solid work ethic are most important. Our direct caregivers enjoy a range of opportunities to assist the individuals we serve. There are 3 male clients in this group home--relatively non behavioral and easy to work with! Some activities may include : Community activities and outings, Helping with basic living and social skills, Assistance with progress toward individuals' personal goals, Accomplishing errands and tasks, Meal preparations, Ensuring the safety and well-being of these individuals.
