Job Description
Duties:
- Provide direct care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities in a home care setting.
- Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Assist with medication according to prescribed schedules and guidelines.
- Monitor and document individuals' health status and report any changes or concerns to appropriate personnel.
- Assist with meal planning, preparation, and feeding as needed.
- Provide companionship and engage individuals in social and recreational activities.
- Assist with transportation to outings, and community activities.
- Maintain a clean and safe living environment for individuals
- Must be willing to transport the individuals we serve to and from the community.
Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift and transfer individuals who may have limited mobility.
- Experience in providing care for individuals with Disabilities or other cognitive impairments.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Hours available:
