This role exists to deliver safe, attentive care while helping residents feel seen, comfortable, and supported. Key responsibilities include assisting with daily routines and personal care, supporting mobility and safety, documenting observations, and working with the team to create fun laughter and smiles through thoughtful, resident-centered moments.
