Our Elite Companions provide one-to-one companionship, engagement, and safety supervision. What You'll Do Provide companionship, conversation, and emotional support Offer safety supervision and gentle reminders (no personal care) Support clients with activities, meals, programs, and social connection Help clients navigate their community environments Build trusting relationships with families and care teams Complete brief visit notes after each shift Overnight (awake) shifts may be available with some clients 12 hour day shifts also available in some cases. Requirements Valid driver's license & reliable vehicle Clear background check Current TB test or screening Strong communication and engagement skills Experience in companionship, caregiving, preferred.
