• Reston is hiring a warm, dependable Caregiver for a female senior living in an independent living community near Penderbrook in Fairfax, VA 22033 .

This is primarily a companionship and social engagement position . We're looking for someone who enjoys spending time with seniors and can help our client get out of her apartment, participate in activities, run occasional errands, and stay active and connected.

Consistent Weekly Schedule Sunday:

2 PM-6

PM Monday:

2 PM-6

PM Wednesday:

2 PM-6

PM Thursday:

2 PM-6

PM Friday:

2 PM-6 PM 20 scheduled hours every week. What You'll Do Provide companionship and conversation Encourage socialization and participation in community activities Accompany the client on walks and outings Help her get out of the apartment and stay active Drive her to occasional appointments and errands Assist with light meal preparation and household tasks as needed Provide general supervision and support What We're Looking For Someone who genuinely enjoys working with seniors Reliable availability for the posted 2 PM-6 PM schedule Valid driver's license Reliable vehicle and ability to transport the client Dependable, punctual and professional Ability to pass required background screening Caregiving, companion care or senior care experience preferred Why This Is a Great Part-Time Caregiving Position 20 consistent hours per week Predictable 2 PM-6 PM schedule $19 per hour Primarily companionship and social engagement Independent living community setting Paid orientation Referral program Supportive local care team Opportunity to pick up additional hours If you're a caregiver, companion, home care aide, personal care aide (PCA), CNA, HHA, or senior care professional in Fairfax, Chantilly, Centreville, Oakton, or the surrounding 22033 area , we'd love to hear from you.
