We are seeking dedicated and caring Personal Care Aides to join our growing team. Position Summary The Personal Care Aide (PCA) provides essential personal care and support services to clients in their homes. The ideal candidate is compassionate, dependable, patient, and committed to enhancing the well-being of those they serve. Responsibilities Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including: Bathing, grooming, and personal hygiene Dressing and toileting assistance Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed Perform light housekeeping duties, including laundry and maintaining a clean living environment Provide companionship and emotional support Assist with medication reminders Monitor and report changes in client condition to the supervisor Maintain accurate documentation of services provided Follow individualized care plans and agency policies Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred Current PCA certification or willingness to obtain certification (as required by state regulations) CPR and First Aid certification required Previous caregiving, home health, or personal care experience preferred Ability to pass background checks and other employment screenings Strong communication and interpersonal skills Compassionate, dependable, and professional demeanor Benefits Ongoing training and professional development Supportive team environment Meaningful work that makes a difference in the lives of clients and families Why Join Qwest Home Health Care?
