Job Description:

Join Our Team at Progressive Adult Rehabilitation Center, Inc. (PARC)! At PARC, our mission is to provide comprehensive rehabilitation services for adults with intellectual disabilities. We are dedicated to creating an environment where individuals are supported in making choices, developing skills, and fully participating in their community. We are currently hiring Direct Care Professionals to join our Residential Program and provide essential support to individuals with severe intellectual disabilities.

Position Details:

Provide compassionate, hands-on care and support to residents Assist with daily living activities, skill development, and community participation Ensure a safe, supportive, and respectful environment

Qualifications:

Three (3) years of experience preferred Must pass criminal background checks, DMV record check, and drug screenings Reliable, caring, and committed to making a difference

Shifts Available:

3:30 PM•11:30 PM 11:30 PM•7:30 AM Weekends How to
